Gluten-free, dairy-free spice mix for meat

I use this for meat (hamburgers, steaks) and as a quick spice for salads (minus the marjoram).

There aren’t any useful quantities for me to list for the ingredients, because it’s all to taste. A quick guide is to go a bit lighter on the turmeric and bit heavier on the marjoram.




Marjoram (this flavor blends really well with meat)
Turmeric (probably good for health)
Paprika (adds a smoky flavor)

Optional: Parsley (enhances the other spices)
